Location: OH-Cincinnati, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Corporate Finance Director to provide analytical support and insight for various financial projects, particularly those involving extensive data discovery and exploration

Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing large and often complex data sets from multiple sources to uncover trends, identify risks, and support strategic decision-making

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using SQL and other business intelligence tools to present critical business metrics

Participate in exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, or revenue enhancement

Contribute to the development and automation of data workflows, supporting continuous improvement and increased efficiency within the finance department

Stay up to date with emerging data tools and technologies, sharing relevant learnings and advocating for best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related discipline

Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, with a track record of working with large, complex, or ambiguous data sets

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to derive meaningful insights from raw data

Ability to work onsite in Cincinatti office 4 days per week

Eagerness to independently learn and adopt new tools, programming languages, and analytics techniques as required by evolving business challenges

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and documenting findings clearly

Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to support colleagues on shared projects and goals

Highly organized, with a proactive approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and accountability, consistently following through on assignments and addressing issues proactively

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $95,000 or the hourly equivalent.
