Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of OTM modules and functionality, and strong experience in implementing and supporting OTM solutions in alignment with business logistics and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead OTM functional workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Configure and implement OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, Freight Payment, and Visibility.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support technical teams in solution development.
- Design and validate OTM process flows, integration points, and system configurations.
- Provide support for OTM upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Assist in data migration, user training, and go-live support.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide OTM application support post-implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and business users.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as an OTM Functional Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with at least one full lifecycle OTM implementation.
- Strong understanding of OTM modules (e.g., Order Release, Shipment Management, Rates, Agents, Automation).
- Familiarity with OTM integration tools (e.g., XML, BPEL, Web Services).
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain business processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- OTM Cloud experience is a strong plus.
- Oracle EBS or Oracle SCM Cloud integration experience.
- Ability to create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Oracle certifications in OTM or Supply Chain Management.
