Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and ensuring smooth operations of end-user systems. Core duties include:
Work Schedule
This is a full-time role, generally 40-45 hours per week. Standard hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional time as needed to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and ensuring smooth operations of end-user systems. Core duties include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues on Windows desktops and laptops
- Setting up, deploying, and maintaining Windows devices
- Providing support for Microsoft Office and other desktop applications
- Managing printers and related hardware
- Tracking and maintaining IT assets and equipment inventory
- Organizing and maintaining the equipment/IT storage area
- Maintaining accurate IT documentation
- Serving as custodian of company software library
- Assisting IT staff with projects and special assignments
- Meeting deadlines and following quality assurance standards
- Supporting workplace safety efforts and maintaining a safe environment
- Regular attendance and punctuality as a condition of employment

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Solid understanding of computer systems and applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, and server/workstation maintenance (Dell preferred)
- Familiarity with backup, antivirus, and related IT tools (e.g., Exchange, Trend Micro)
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment and support IT projects
Reporting Structure
This role reports to the IT Manager. No direct supervisory responsibilities.

- Ability to read and understand technical documentation and procedures
- Ability to draft clear reports and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership
- Strong reasoning and troubleshooting skills, able to apply practical solutions to technical issues
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to perform basic calculations relevant to IT and operational support (percentages, proportions, etc.)
Physical Requirements
- Regular use of hands for typing, handling devices, and performing technical tasks
- Frequent sitting, with occasional standing, bending, or crawling to access equipment
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds when needed
- Vision sufficient for computer work and equipment inspection
- Extended periods working on computers
