Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Master Data Analyst to join our client, Johnson & Johnson, on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) within the supply chain domain, with a keen focus on maintaining data integrity and supporting complex, cross-functional implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) in supply chain environments, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve data-related issues, including duplicates, incomplete or outdated records, and inconsistencies especially in intercompany flows.

  • Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and master data teams to ensure accurate data setup across all project phases and system integrations.

  • Apply data governance and data quality management practices to maintain accurate and reliable supply chain data.

  • Design and implement automation processes for data validation, cleansing, and integration.

  • Perform data modeling and mapping to support accurate data migration between source systems and SAP platforms.

  • Manage and maintain Customer and Vendor Master Data, including account codes, contact details, payment terms, tax info, banking details, and certifications.

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP Material Master Data, ensuring accuracy for operational support.

  • Handle Pricing Conditions setup, including base prices, discounts, surcharges, currencies, validity periods, and tax rates.

  • Manage master data flows in large-scale implementation projects, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout all stages.

  • Engage with stakeholders across multiple functions, clearly communicating master data concepts and dependencies.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate data findings and strategies effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SAP Master Data Management within the supply chain or manufacturing industries.

  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and related automation tools.

  • Expertise in Customer, Vendor, and Material Master Data in SAP.

  • Experience working with Pricing Conditions and related configuration.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and thrive in a collaborative environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills are a plus.
