As a Demand Planning Cloud and Oracle SCM Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for demonstrating expertise in Demand Planning Cloud and OM Module Implementation. Your role will involve documenting business requirements, coordinating with other teams, and working closely with offshore teams. You will also engage in client-facing activities, conducting Fit Gap analysis, Solutioning, Design, and leading business and solution discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Milestone Testing and manage client and business discussions, handling testing activities independently when necessary.
- Participate in Cutover, Conversions, Go Live processes, and provide production support.
- Visualize dependencies, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation actions.
- Recommend solution approaches, document detailed design frameworks, and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business training, and testing support.

Qualifications Required:
- Excellent understanding of the SDLC process.
- Strong grasp of overall Supply Chain Management (SCM) functional areas.
- Experience with Oracle SCM implementation and rollout is beneficial.
- Effective communication skills, stakeholder management, and experience in implementing transformation projects are crucial.
- Exposure to Supply Planning and SCM module skills will be advantageous.,
