Description

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in this remote contract role. You will play a pivotal role in creating impactful marketing strategies and materials that effectively communicate the value of our technology products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, product managers, and creative teams to drive marketing success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver high-quality marketing materials such as one-pagers, videos, presentations, and case studies to promote the value of technology products.

Collaborate with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with product features and target audiences.

Oversee the production of marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, using insights to shape marketing strategies.

Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, maintaining organization and attention to detail.

Work with design teams to create visually compelling and engaging marketing content.

Present marketing ideas and strategies effectively to senior stakeholders.

Maintain proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing activities.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the technology or commercial real estate sectors.
Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive marketing content.
Demonstrated experience in developing and managing various types of marketing assets, such as videos, presentations, and promotional materials.
Proven ability to manage creative projects and collaborate effectively with design teams.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and presenting ideas with confidence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
