Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled SAP MRS/CMP Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Multi-Resource Scheduling (MRS) and SAP Commercial Project Management (CMP). The consultant will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP-based project execution and resource planning solutions, integrating them with core modules like PS, PM, and S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SAP MRS for resource planning, allocation, and optimization.
• Implement and manage SAP CMP functionalities including project financial planning, project cost/revenue forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, operations, and HR teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Configure planning boards, work centers, resource types, and integration between MRS and other SAP modules (PS, PM, CS, HCM).
• Configure CMP features such as:
  • Project workspace and dashboards
  • Forecasting and risk management
  • Commercial planning and profitability analysis
• Design integration scenarios between CMP and SAP PS, SD, CO, and FICO.
• Create functional specifications, test scripts, and support documentation.
• Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and provide go-live and hypercare support.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in SAP Project Systems or related project modules.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MRS (Multi-Resource Scheduling).
• 2+ years of experience with SAP CMP (Commercial Project Management) in S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of resource planning, skill mapping, availability management, and project cost control.
• Expertise in integration of MRS/CMP with SAP HCM, PS, CO, FICO, and SD.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for project and resource management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business.
• SAP Certification in PS, MRS, or CMP (preferred).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and greenfield/brownfield projects.
• Working knowledge of SAP PPM (Project Portfolio Management) is a plus.

• Strong client interaction and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead workshops and cross-functional discussions.
• Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and presentation abilities.
