We are seeking a highly skilled IBM Maximo Technical Lead to manage end-to-end Maximo projects, including technical architecture, design, integration, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Maximo v7.x, automation scripting, integration frameworks, and asset management solutions.

  • Lead technical design, build, and testing for IBM Maximo solutions.

  • Manage and mentor a team of Maximo developers and integration specialists.

  • Architect and implement Maximo EAM/APM solutions.

  • Perform complex Maximo configurations and develop automation scripts using Python and JavaScript.

  • Design and implement REST/JSON based integrations with systems such as Mulesoft and SAP PI.

  • Handle Maximo migration, release, and deployment management.

  • Execute data migration using Informatica and MIF framework.

  • Develop BI reporting solutions with BIRT.

  • Optimize database performance (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server).

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

  • Support ETL processes, master data load, and data manipulation activities.

  • Administer and troubleshoot web application servers like Weblogic and Websphere.

  • 7+ years of IT experience, 4+ years in IBM Maximo Configuration & Integration.

  • Strong expertise in Maximo Application Design, Automation, and Integration Frameworks.

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript scripting for Maximo automation.

  • Experience with REST/JSON APIs and middleware integrations.

  • Knowledge of Maximo migration, release, and deployment processes.

  • Data migration experience using Informatica and MIF.

  • Strong database skills (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server).

  • Proficiency in ETL, Master Data Management, and BIRT reporting.

  • Experience in Web Server Applications (Weblogic, Websphere).

  • Maximo EAM/APM solution design and implementation experience.

  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java, C++).
