Senior Data Analyst

A recognized services organization in Colorado is looking to add a new Senior Data Analyst to their growing team.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Data Analyst will:

• Assist in gathering data from various internal and external sources


• Provide analytics on product and sales data to build insights into customer behavior and product trends


• Collaborate to invent proprietary computational decision support tools


• Model and forecast business trends based on historical data sets and planned product changes or feature launches


• Track and report on department initiatives and status reports


• Lead cross-functional projects related to reporting improvements


• Generate requirements documentation, with minimal direction, through facilitated work sessions or individual interviews with sponsors and stakeholders and manage changes to those requirements


• Create and maintain discrete trending dashboards for utilization by the working team and the executive team


• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or other data science degree


• Experience working with SQL, SAS for data exploration, wrangling, and data access


• Microsoft Office proficient (Excel and PowerPoint)


• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English


• Great interpersonal skills


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


• Strong attention to detail


• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with Data Science Programming languages, such as R or Python


• Experience working with Data Science Enablement tools, such as Alteryx


• Product Management and/or Product Development experience
