Job Summary
Avancies are seeking a highly skilled Electrical/Hardware Engineer with strong debugging and troubleshooting expertise at both the electrical and hardware levels. The ideal candidate will bring solid electrical engineering fundamentals, hands-on testing experience, and proficiency with PCB design tools. This role involves working on schematic design, board-level debugging, and analyzing signal integrity and power consumption to support high-performance hardware development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Debug and troubleshoot issues at electrical and hardware levels.

  • Review and analyze schematics, PCB layouts, and board designs.

  • Perform power consumption analysis and signal integrity measurements.

  • Conduct hands-on testing using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers, etc.).

  • Work with layout engineers to guide SIPI requirements.

  • Collaborate across hardware and firmware teams to resolve system-level issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.

  • Expertise with schematics and PCB design.

  • Proficiency in CAD tools (Cadence Allegro, Altium).

  • Familiarity with MIPI (C-Phy/D-Phy), I2C, I3C, SPI protocols.

  • Ability to perform SIPI analysis to guide PCB layout.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high-speed interfaces.

  • Knowledge of scripting for test automation and data analysis (Python preferred).

  • Hands-on EE design experience (schematics, layout).
