Oracle C2M (Customer to Meter) Developer

Currently, we are searching for an Oracle C2M (Customer to Meter) Developer to join our team in a 100% remote capacity.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, customization, and support of Oracle C2M solutions. You will play a key role in implementing and enhancing C2M modules, integrations, and configurations to support our business processes related to customer care, billing, metering, and utilities operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle Utilities C2M platform (Customer Care and Billing, Meter Data Management, and Service Order Management).
• Configure C2M components including business objects, business services, service scripts, and UI maps.
• Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration tools, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and middleware.
• Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, QA, and Operations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all development and customization activities.
• Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production deployment activities.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle C2M or Oracle CC&B and MDM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
• Proficiency in Java, Groovy, and SQL.
• Experience with Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, and XSLT.
• Familiarity with Oracle DB, PL/SQL, and related tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of utility industry business processes.
• Oracle Utilities certifications (e.g., C2M Implementation Specialist) preferred
• Experience with other Oracle Utilities products (SOM, NMS, WAM) preferred
• Regular and predictable attendance
