Job Details
JD:
- Salesforce Marketing Email Specialist Certification / experience with Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent communications skills to be able to coordinate activities of multiple teams.
- Experience in JavaScript / HTML.
- Experience in REST/SOAP web services.
- Experience in using SOAPUI, Postman.
- Experience in database administration / excellent SQL.
- Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administration and support of applications build on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsible for day to day operation support of email functionality, including:
- Configuration and environments support for various lines of business.
- Email archiving.
- User role configuration.
- Risk management.
- Integration management / alerts monitoring.
- Email stats reporting for the business.
- Web certificate renewals.
