- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for end users via phone, remote tools, and in person, resolving issues related to hardware, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity
- Monitor, prioritize, and resolve helpdesk tickets while documenting solutions and contributing to the IT knowledge base
- Install, configure, and support end-user hardware and peripherals, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, phones, printers, scanners, and Microsoft Teams conferencing systems
- Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting (wired, wireless, VPN, DHCP/DNS)
- Assist with server, virtualization, and storage support, including patching, updates, backups, and system health monitoring
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes, user account management, and IT asset tracking
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to deploy hardware, software, and services
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory user, group, and computer management
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, and license management
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, wireless networking, and VPN technologies
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and/or XCP-ng
- Experience supporting file servers, network storage, and backup systems
- Exposure to SQL Server administration or troubleshooting
- Experience with VoIP systems (preferably Cisco UCM) and conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues in enterprise environments
- Strong technical documentation skills and experience maintaining operational runbooks or knowledge bases
