Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with React.js to work with our Client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading application development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java and React.js.
- Provide technical leadership to offshore and onshore development teams
- Architect and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java
- Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using React.js
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to define technical requirements
- Perform code reviews and enforce best coding practices and standards
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
- Mentor junior developers and guide team deliverables
Required Skills
Backend
- Strong experience with Java (Java 8 or above)
- Hands-on with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
- Experience in developing Microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs
- Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
