Job Summary
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to help support business decisions. The successful candidate will have experience in statistical analysis and data modeling, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns in data. The Data Analyst will use modeling, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, identify, and analyze data.

Key Accountabilities
Collecting and interpreting complex data sets from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
Conducting advanced analysis of structured and unstructured datasets using data analytical tools and software, such as Excel (modeling), Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Python.
Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality.
Collaborating with teams to identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business decisions.
Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
Identifying areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Designing and implementing data models and simulations to forecast trends and patterns.
Engaging in peer review of analytic work and actively sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights with colleagues to support team development and continuous improvement.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
3-5 years of professional experience in a technology or business field.
Strong analytical background with experience in data modeling and advanced data techniques, leveraging statistical analysis tools (i.e., Excel, SQL Phyton) to deliver actionable insights through data visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Ability to lead, track, and communicate status of team initiatives
Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and dependable
Demonstrate strong analytic skills and attention to detail
Key Metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
