Description
We are looking for an experienced Workday Administrator for a 100% remote opportunity. In this contract to permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting and enhancing Workday Financial systems while collaborating closely with stakeholders to align business needs with system functionalities. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in Workday Financials and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency in financial processes.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional solutions within Workday Financials.
Configure, implement, and maintain Workday Financial modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Provide customer-focused support and act as a liaison between technical teams and business users.
Collaborate closely with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Utilize intellectual curiosity to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table.
Ensure seamless integration and functionality of Workday Core Finance, including adaptive and accounting center features when applicable.
Deliver clear and concise documentation, including business requirements and configuration details.
Conduct thorough testing of system updates and new implementations to maintain optimal performance.
Provide training and guidance to end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and industry trends to continuously improve system capabilities.
Requirements
Proven experience with Workday Financials, including implementation and configuration expertise.
Certification in Workday Core Finance is required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
Demonstrated ability to understand business processes and translate them into system functionalities.
A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with cloud technologies, ERP systems, and CRM tools is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
