Job Description:

We are seeking a Backend Technical Lead with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB to lead a team of developers. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance, oversee high-quality code development, and contribute to full software lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of backend developers.

  • Design and implement backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB.

  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Drive continuous improvement and stay current with new technologies.

Skill Requirements:

  • 15+ years of backend development experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.

  • Proficient in MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

  • Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
