Title: ServiceNow IRM Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer to join our team. In this role, associate will be instrumental in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Associate will work closely with business stakeholders, risk managers, compliance officers, and audit teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance our organization's risk posture and ensure regulatory adherence.

Need hands-on 5+ years ServiceNow development experience.

Must-Have Skills:

  • ServiceNow IRM module implementation experience (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM CMDB and CSDM capabilities.
  • Strong ServiceNow development experience (5+ years).

Good to Have:

  • JavaScript, Angular.

Preferred Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance (GRC CIS)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Roles & Responsibilities

ServiceNow IRM Development & Configuration:

  • Lead development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules, including:
    • Advanced Risk
    • Audit Management
    • Policy and Compliance Management
    • Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
    • Regulatory Change Management
    • Business Continuity Management (BCM)
  • Design and implement IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
  • Configure functional data such as Notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting.
  • Develop and manage script objects: Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/Workflows.

Integration & Data Management:

  • Set up and manage integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other internal/external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server).
  • Perform data imports and exports while ensuring data integrity and alignment with IRM processes.

Collaboration & Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements for IRM solutions.
  • Participate in requirements workshops, design sessions, and sprint planning.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow IRM capabilities and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM module development.
  • Experience working on IRM CMDB and CSDM.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with business and technical teams.
