- Drive weekly fleet operations meetings: set agendas, track crash data, and follow up on post-mortem action items.
- Track live incidents, prioritize issues for development teams, and ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Lead incident reviews, repair item triaging, and post-mortem planning to enable continuous improvement.
- Collect requirements for automation tooling and contribute to improving triage workflows via process and tool enhancements.
- Translate operational data into actionable insights to support better tooling and decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience, preferably in cloud or infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of Azure services and cloud-based operational models.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs involving incident response, security triage, and tooling automation.
- Proficient in project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Excel, Power BI, or Kusto Query Language (KQL).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead with minimal supervision, manage competing priorities, and clearly report program status and risks.
- Comfortable presenting in business reviews and engaging with both engineering and customer-facing teams.
