RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in Redmond, WA.

Responsibilities:
* Scrum Master will facilitate all Agile ceremonies with Adobe AEM Dev team to include daily standups, spring planning, retros, demos, etc.
* Partner with Technical Program Manager and Product teams to ensure backlog alignment
* Act as a facilitator, guiding the team through the Scrum framework and ensuring everyone stays focused on their roles and duties
* Aid the team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements
* Regularly analyze reports, burndown charts and other data within ADO and Work Front to continue to optimize and improve team throughput
* As a Scrum Master, you will assist in implementing Agile/Scrum principles within other organizational workstreams to include Content, Brand, Design, etc.
* Act as traffic manager to remove roadblocks, prioritize work, and ensure alignment for non-Dev team members
REQUIREMENTS:
* Highly experience acting as a Scrum Master, implementing Agile principles and concepts
* Experienced working with Adobe AEM and partnering with development teams
* Experienced working with ADO and Workfront
* Proven experience implementing Agile principles, concepts, and frameworks
* Ability to work in ambiguous environments
* Flexibility and openness to opportunities for workflow improvement
* Experience working in a Brand, Content, Design environment is highly preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
