Job Details

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce & Data Sr. Dev / Associate Architect to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and optimizing data architecture solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires both strategic thinking and practical expertise, enabling the organization to harness data effectively for informed decision-making. This role does require hands-on development duties and data analysis / Architecture responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation: Create and implement robust data models and architecture within Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business processes and reporting needs.
Salesforce Development: Hands on with LWC, Flows, Flow Orchestrator, Apex, Data Sync Pro.
Data Integration: Develop and execute data integration strategies using tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
Data Migration: Lead data migration efforts, including data cleansing, transformation, and loading, utilizing hands-on skills in ETL processes and tools.
Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.
Performance Optimization: Optimize data storage and retrieval processes, using hands-on techniques to enhance the performance of Salesforce applications.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Salesforce reporting tools and dashboards to create actionable insights, ensuring data accessibility for stakeholders.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on data architecture and hands-on implementation practices.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and innovations, applying new features to improve existing data architecture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure that data architecture aligns with enterprise architecture standards and meets technical requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
5+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture, data modeling, or related roles, preferably within Salesforce environments.
Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce data structures, objects, and relationships.
Proficiency in data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and hands-on experience with ETL processes.
Solid experience in SQL and familiarity with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices, with a focus on practical application.
Familiarity with Salesforce development technologies (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Architecture and Management Designer, Salesforce Architect certifications).
Experience with cloud data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) and hands-on data modeling.
Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their practical impact on data architecture.
