Responsibilities

• Services to be performed by the candidate may include, but shall not be limited to, the following:
• Elicits, analyzes, validates, and documents future state process workflows, technical designs, system configuration, integration, and data migration requirements for the PA Engineering department
• Collaborate extensively with stakeholders from the PA Engineering Dept, TEC, and third-party vendors to assist with optimizing and enhancing requirements and workflows
• Assist third-party vendor and PA technical staff with the configuration, deployment, and unit testing of new functions
• Assist data analysts in planning, defining, documenting and support in data analysis, data mapping, future data and technical design, systems integration, data migration, reporting & analytics
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for developers and vendors
• Experience in developing and supporting end-users with testing requirements
• Create Unit, UAT, and Pilot test cases based on the functionality that will be developed
• Conduct end-user training for UAT & Pilot testing
• Support end-users in UAT, Pilot & Go-Live

Education, Technical Qualifications and Experience
Engineering Solutions

• Must possess a bachelor s degree from an accredited college in Computer Science or a related technical field, and
• Master s degree or business analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus, and
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in business analysis, process mapping, and
• Minimum 5 years strong demonstrated experience in data management, data analysis, and data migration, and
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and demonstrate proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro
  
  REQUIRED Soft Skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Ability to work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Excellent oral, written and communication skills.
