Solutions Engineer
Job Details
A health services organization in Florida is looking to add an experienced professional to join their team as a Solutions Engineer. In this role, the Solutions Engineer will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and developing technical solutions within the technology functions, including in hands-on analysis and design for various current and new initiatives while maintaining the existing systems.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid: On-site 2 days per week
- Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Continuously recommend solution standards and system configurations
- Analyze systems and requirements to provide optimal technical solutions
- Define systems requirements and specifications
- Provide design reviews, plan, develop, and resolve technical issues
- Drive the analysis, design, and development of a cohesive solution architecture roadmap and implementation plan
- Assist in technical presentations and info-sharing sessions to ensure a clear understanding of new systems
- Contribute to overall system design and architecture
- Create roadmap documents, architectural documents, process documents, standards documents, and governance documents
- Assist in documenting technical requirements for databases, applications, integration, and infrastructure
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in a technical environment and/or solutions implementation role, including experience with Network Infrastructure, VoIP, Computing, Virtualization, and Storage.
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- One related certification required (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Storage, or Cloud)
- Proficiency with: Active Directory, Citrix, Imprivata, Intune
