IAM Developer | Identity and Access Management
Project Background
Client is continuing its SailPoint Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation. This project involves transitioning remaining workflows from a legacy system into SailPoint, ensuring audit readiness, compliance, and seamless IAM processes. Candidates will support configuration, testing, reporting, and deployment activities in a highly regulated utility environment.
- Perform SailPoint development and light scripting (not heavy customization).
- Build/modify rules, connectors, and policies as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of IAM experience with at least 2+ years in SailPoint IIQ (IdentityNow a plus).
- Experience in regulated industries (utilities, energy, financial services, healthcare).
- Strong documentation discipline – must produce audit-ready deliverables.
- Onshore (US-based) candidates only – must be eligible for additional network/training clearance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
