Role: Datacenter Technician/Operations ( Multiple roles )
Location: Kansas City, MO/ Richmond, VA /Henrico, VA/ Newton County, GA ( Onsite )
Duration: Long term Contract
Job Summary for the Provided Job Descriptions:
- Perform Breakfix/Technical Operations support for data centers in various locations (Kansas City, MO; Richmond & Henrico, VA; Newton County, GA).
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hardware issues on servers and network equipment.
- Execute Layer 1 (physical layer) tasks including cabling, racking, and equipment installations.
- Provide on-site operational support for data center infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance, repairs, and changes.
- Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols within the data center.
- Respond to incident tickets and service requests promptly.
- Support both planned and emergency maintenance activities as required.
