Job Details

Title: Agile Scrum Master

Location: Southwestern United States (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$63.26-$90.37/Hrs

Description
* Optimize the flow of stories and value delivery for one or more Scrum teams.
* Focus on serving the needs of the team to drive performance and growth.
* Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
* Manage team dependencies and provide visibility into delivery plans and progress.
* Enable continuous improvement within the team.
* Ensure quick resolution of impediments and adherence to agreed processes.
* Promote and coach the Agile mindset and principles.

Key Responsibilities
* Guide and coach teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles.
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning and Daily Scrum.
* Facilitate scaled planning in a Scaled Agile model.
* Help define and enforce team norms and agreements.
* Ensure a healthy product and Sprint backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
* Facilitate dependency management and impediment removal.
* Promote communication and collaboration within the Agile team.

Qualifications
* Experience in guiding and coaching teams on Agile principles.
* Proficiency in facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
* Ability to manage dependencies and provide visibility into team progress.
* Strong skills in promoting communication and collaboration within teams.
