AI/ML Engineer LLM Integration & Optimization

Exp: 11
AI/ML Engineer LLM Integration & Optimization who will train and fine-tune models, optimizing performance through MLOps-based best practices.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Data Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5+ years' experience in AI, machine learning or software engineering, including building products or solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
- Experience with workflow/agentic orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Workflows, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc
- 3+ years of professional experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
- Experience integrating, tuning and evaluating large language models within custom applications.
- Knowledge of NLP concepts, such as transformers, tokenization, and embeddings.
- Knowledge of ethics in AI and responsible AI development
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with ability to present and influence at all management levels.
- Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
