Job Description

• Analyze tactical provider KPIs and Metrics and provide reports/feedback.
• Support the day-to-day management of transportation providers, focusing on service execution, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
• Creation of new reports/tools based on the requirements from product backlog
• High level of data analytics, excel, Tableau and other analytical tools
• Should be able to handle tasks independently and be a proactive solution provider
• Strong in Data analysis across the pipelines between SAP & down streams.
• Ability to turn data into information and insights
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Retail, Customer Fulfillment, Planning, Sourcing) to ensure delivery alignment with partner expectations.
• Should be proactive and ensure task is completed as per expectations.
• Help monitor last-mile delivery to retail stores and distribution centers, flagging risks and supporting proactive exception handling.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a sincere willingness to learn from team members at all levels
• Participate in logistics projects and initiatives, supporting planning, documentation, and execution tasks.
• Advanced analytics: i.e. Python, SQL, etc. is a plus
• Strong ability to solve problems.
• Build relationships across teams to support outbound execution and continuous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be comfortable in dealing with global business colleagues.
• Having a good experience in planning his/her tasks independently and proactive to identify and mitigate risks within the project
