Ziply Fiber is hiring a highly experienced and versatile Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. This role requires deep technical expertise in backend and frontend development, microservices, RESTful and GraphQL APIs. You will be instrumental in developing scalable, high-performance applications using modern web technologies and tools such as Node.js, ReactJS, AngularJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Jenkins, and JIRA. You must reside within driving distance of Kirkland, WA and Everett, WA for the occasional on-site meeting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of full stack applications.
• Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using ReactJS, AngularJS, and TypeScript.
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL to design data models and ensure optimal data performance.
• Architect and implement microservices-based systems to improve scalability and modularity.
• Use JIRA for issue tracking, sprint planning, and Agile workflow management.
• Integrate Jenkins into the development lifecycle for CI/CD automation and build deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Monitor system health, debug issues, and ensure system security and compliance.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of full stack development experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proven backend experience with Node.js, RESTful & GraphQL API development.
• Proficient in frontend frameworks: ReactJS and AngularJS.
• Solid hands-on experience with both MongoDB (NoSQL) and PostgreSQL (SQL).
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with JIRA for project and task management in Agile environments.
• Working knowledge of Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline management.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Work Environment:
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system. The work is primarily a modern office setting.
