Job Description
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be able to lift 75 lbs. Follow fast paced environment that is as much technology as it is a packing and shipping / inventory role.
Provide Tier 2 PC and Mobile Support: Deliver in-person and remote troubleshooting, deployment, and support for PC hardware, software, and mobile devices, including asset management and tracking.
Customer Engagement & Training: Promote IT services, deliver technology updates, and provide one-on-one or group training sessions for peers and customers on new technologies, processes, and orientation.
Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document problems and resolutions, maintain service records, and ensure compliance with data retention, security, and organizational policies, including Active Directory management.
Security & Risk Management: Execute technical aspects of security, risk, and compliance activities, such as backup compliance, antivirus protection, device encryption, and mobile device management.
AV & Infrastructure Support: Support audio/video conference equipment, assist infrastructure teams with hands-on activities, and manage equipment recycling and warranty processing.
Job Summary:
Provides tier 2 in-person and remote PC hardware and software deployment and support. Provides asset management and tracking of hardware and software.
Assists infrastructure teams where local hands on activities are required.
Provides Mobile Device deployment and support; activities include customer guidance and recommendations, activation, account modifications, configuration, testing, problem identification and resolution.
