Job Details

Position: Electrical Engineer

Location: Collegeville, PA

Duration: Permanent

Salary Range: $100K $115K

Bonus Eligible: Up to 6% annually

Relocation/Signing Bonus: $2.5K $5K

Must Have: PCB Experience at least 5 years worth

Pay: W2 only no C2C do not Ask about a C2C

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and sustain PCB and electronic circuitry in existing products, including advanced ATI sensors like the MetriNet Smart Water Quality System and Q46/45C4 Conductivity Monitor
  • Lead production support: Finalize implementations, develop test methodologies, and build validation fixtures
  • Prepare hardware documentation: Work instructions, engineering change requests, and release materials
  • Provide advanced hardware support to internal teams across the organization
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams, supporting schedules, budgets, and risk assessments
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their technical development

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering and manufacturing support
  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Strong expertise in PCB hardware design, analog circuitry, and embedded systems
  • Proficiency in Altium (or similar schematic capture and PCB layout tools)
  • Skilled with lab/test instruments: oscilloscopes, power supplies, DAQ systems, environmental chambers
  • Experience collaborating across departments to deliver technical support
