We re looking for a skilled software engineer with 3 5 years of experience, ideally within SaaS or CCaaS environments, to design, develop, and maintain AI-driven voice and chatbot solutions.

This role involves full-stack development (Python, Node.js/React, SQL), cloud-native deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), and integration with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Key responsibilities include building RESTful APIs, ensuring code quality through testing and reviews, and optimizing performance in cloud environments.

Candidates should have experience with GenAI/Agentic AI tools and NLP/NLU frameworks (Dialogflow, Rasa, Amazon Lex, etc.), along with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Voice/Chatbot Engineer with 3 5 years of software engineering experience to design, develop, and maintain AI-driven voice and conversational chatbot solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in full-stack development, NLP/NLU technologies, and cloud-native deployment practices especially within SaaS or CCaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build scalable, AI-powered voice and chatbot solutions.

Develop full-stack applications using Python, Node.js, React, and SQL.

Create and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with third-party systems.

Deploy and manage microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Integrate solutions with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Implement and fine-tune NLP/NLU frameworks like Dialogflow, Rasa, Amazon Lex, or similar.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality experiences.

Apply GenAI/Agentic AI tools to enhance conversational intelligence and automation.

Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and optimize system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8 years of software engineering experience with proven contributions to production systems.

Proficient in Python, Node.js, React, and SQL.

Strong understanding of cloud-native development (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

Experience deploying to and integrating with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.

Hands-on experience with NLP/NLU technologies such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Amazon Lex, etc.

Exposure to or experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.

Solid understanding of API development and system integration.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in SaaS, CCaaS, or contact center automation.

Familiarity with voice technologies such as Twilio, Genesys, Vonage, etc.

Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack).

Understanding of data privacy and security best practices in AI-driven environments.
