Job Description
The Manager of Finance Operations will complete a very diverse set of actions and grow in leadership as backup to the Director of Finance Operations.

Finance Operations is highly engaged in and/or leading many key areas within Finance for which there isn't suitable expertise/knowledge within the organization to backup and support. Examples include:
  • Conduct independent process reviews on a variety of finance and accounting process areas
  • execution of Independent Cost Estimating on key high risk proposals
  • interface between I&S and Finance shared services including labor, payroll, AP, Travel and Subcontractor Time Collection System (STCS)
  • scheduling/coordinating Estimate At Complete (EAC) reviews including Program Finance and Accounting leadership and analysts
  • subject matter expert level participation in planning, testing & execution of highly complex Enterprise Resource Planning system projects including interfaces between the ERP system and other related systems such as Salesforce.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting with 10 Years of experience in Government Contracting related Program Finance Operations or Masters Degree with 8 Years of experience in similar field.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Business Discipline with 10 years of experience. Advanced knowledge and utilization of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
Diversity of experience and exposure across multiple Finance/Accounting subfunctions.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $124080 - $210980

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
