Quality Assurance Test Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Test Lead in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.

Duties:
* Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications; This person is involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation and test execution
* Quality Assurance Test Lead will work on projects of high complexity within one or more development environments and on multiple programs/systems as a test lead
* Responsible for leading onshore and offshore people; This person is considered a subject matter expert for a single program/system
* As a Quality Assurance Test Lead, you will deliver quality process training to technical staff and act as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-10 years of experience in a QA role or similar
* Cable modem experience - how does the modem connection work
* DOCSIS
* DHCP
* DNS
* HP Test Suite
* Proficient in using HP Test Suite or other Testing Tools
* Ability to lead a team through effective delegation, training, and motivation
* Ability to track multiple test efforts simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results in fast paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
