Functional SAP FI/CO Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Functional SAP FI/CO Consultant.

Job Responsibilities:
* Manage SAP Finance (FI) implementation, Experience in the manufacturing/construction industry
* Work with SMEs and end-users to determine the functional requirements for the system within the SAP Finance areas
* Provide leadership and guidance to other systems analysts, business teams, and implementation partner resources
* Help establish the SAP COE by developing best practices, documentation in FICO domain, and establishing benchmarks
* Support cutover activities, training, and post go live support

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of SAP FI experience
* Multiple Full Life Cycle SAP Implementation
* Experience within the construction, manufacturing, or building materials organizations
* Expertise in SAP FI with a full-lifecycle projects delivering new solutions
* Good understanding of configuration in FI and Integration points with other modules
* Hands-on experience with implementing financial chart of accounts, journal entries, financial costing methods, material costs, labor costs, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, project costing, and general accounting functions
* Experience in Discrete/Repetitive manufacturing
* Experience in Make to Order, Make to Stock, Engineer to Order environments
* Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior-level executives
* Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Strong business relationship management skills
* Excellent team-building, mentoring, and leadership abilities
* Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA (at least 1 full implementation preferred)
* Experience in the manufacturing industry
* Experience coordinating business teams in SAP FICO implementations
* Experience in Hybrid/agile or Scrum methodology
* FICO experience including functional expertise and integration with other modules and systems especially in the construction industry
* EPM experience is a nice to have

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
