Job Title: Program Coordinator Culture & Engagement
Location: New York, NY
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Job Summary
US Consumer Services & Digital Technology (USCS & DT)
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Support for Leadership Requests
  • Partner with Directors and VPs to gather, validate, synthesize, and present information for executive-level deliverables such as strategic priorities, workforce plans, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Own and manage recurring requests from the CIO and executive office, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality responses.
  • Maintain and update Excel trackers and PowerPoint presentations for leadership reporting and reviews.
  1. Colleague Engagement & Fulfillment Initiatives
  • Drive organization-wide efforts to improve colleague engagement survey scores.
  • Collaborate with VPs and Directors to develop and execute action plans that promote a positive and fulfilling work environment.
  • Project-manage engagement initiatives, track progress, and provide regular updates and insights to leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in project or program management within a large enterprise environment (FinTech, Payments, or E-commerce preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and executive presentations.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence.
  • Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other rapid development methodologies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Passion for employee engagement and building a positive team culture.
  • Ability to analyze survey data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with frequent organizational changes.
