Lead Adobe Campaign Engineer

You will be responsible for:
Lead the technical implementation and quality assurance of omnichannel marketing campaigns using Adobe Experience Cloud tools, including designing customer journeys in AJO, managing audiences in CDP, and ensuring seamless execution through ACM, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will bridge strategy and execution by developing personalized, timely, and error-free experiences that align with customer journeys and marketing goals. Your work will directly drive campaign performance, enhance customer engagement, and ensure delivery accuracy and compliance within regulated environments.

About you:

You are a hands-on campaign technologist with a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences. You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and bring both technical acumen and a problem-solving mindset to every phase of campaign execution.

  • 4+ y ears of experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, or web/email development.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Manager (ACM) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Proficiency in building omnichannel journeys across Email, SMS, and web.
  • Expertise in responsive HTML and dynamic, modular email development.
  • Strong QA skills for journeys, assets, metadata, and personalization rules.
  • Familiarity with Adobe CDP for audience creation, activation, and maintenance.
  • Understanding of metadata tagging, delivery codes, and experience tracking.
  • Experience in campaign troubleshooting, asset deployment, and journey optimization.
  • Skilled in JavaScript, CSS, and dynamic content setup for email and web.
  • Capable of managing campaign briefs, preparing QA audit checklists, and validating assets prior to launch.
  • Experience running status calls, working through platforms like Workfront or RMS, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience working in or supporting highly regulated industries (healthcare/pharma preferred).
  • Based in the United States or authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript or Python for personalization and automation use cases.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP (acceptable as secondary experience).
  • Familiarity with Workfront, metadata tools, and cross-functional workflow tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization using Adobe Target.
  • Strong collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
