- 3-5 years of experience in change management, training, or related roles
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce - able to explain system functionality to end users (not a developer role)
- Salesforce certifications highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with national or distributed field sales teams or remote audiences
- Large enterprise experience is preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English
- Proven ability to build rapport and drive engagement with large, diverse user groups - including in person and virtual presentation skills
- Experience developing training content and managing change in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Must be comfortable working onsite three days per week

Salesforce Training and Content Specialist Overview:
This role will support the launch and adoption of a Salesforce-based platform within the field sales organization. While the system is currently in use, accelerating and broadening adoption across the enterprise is a strategic priority. The ideal candidate will drive engagement and confidence in day-to-day usage through structured training and change management efforts.
Job Description:
This role will be responsible for leading strategic-level training and enablement across a national field sales organization to end users and supporting roles. This role focuses on delivering scalable training content presentations and user centric solutions, monitoring adoption metrics and KPIs, and contributing to the broader rollout of a customized Salesforce platform. The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with key business partners to ensure effective user adoption and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the content creation and delivery of strategic training programs for large groups of field sales users
- Execute a train-the-trainer model and provide scalable, repeatable solutions for team enablement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop field sales-facing communications and training content
- Support project management activities related to testing, rollout, and end-user readiness
- Drive user engagement and confidence in system utilization through structured training and change interventions
- Gather feedback from field sales users and iterate on training strategy and materials as needed
- Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure clarity and relevance of training materials
- Gather, maintain, and innovate on quarterly communication, launch communication, and reminders and best practices to stakeholders
