Job Title: SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) Developer
Location: Remote - (Mostly Remote, 1 week per month travel required to Harrisburg, PA).
Tentative Duration: Contract (6-12 months with possible extensions)
Remote. Candidate is required to be onsite for one week each month. Candidates must work EST time. Candidates from PA, NJ, NY, DE, and OH will be given preference.
Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Convergent Mediation Developers to join our team in supporting the integration and enhancement of SAP's Convergent Mediation product, originally developed by DigitalRoute. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing data mediation solutions within the SAP environment, focusing on creating seamless data flow for billing and revenue management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement solutions using SAP's Convergent Mediation product.
Integrate data mediation processes with other SAP modules and legacy systems.
Design and optimize data processing workflows to handle high-volume data streams efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data mediation processes and system integration.
Provide technical guidance and best practices for Convergent Mediation within the SAP ecosystem.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of the mediation platform.
Requirements:
8 to 10 years of experience in data mediation, with a strong focus on SAP Convergent Mediation.
In-depth knowledge of DigitalRoute's mediation technology and its integration with SAP.
Proven experience in developing, configuring, and deploying data mediation solutions.
Strong understanding of data processing, data integration, and telecommunications billing.
Hands-on experience with programming languages and data transformation tools relevant to mediation.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on performance optimization.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM).
Knowledge of data architecture, data governance, and compliance standards.
Familiarity with ETL tools and techniques used in data transformation.
