Digital Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Sunrise, FL that is seeking a creative and detail oriented Web Designer with strong digital design capabilities. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of modern design tools, front end best practices, and user centered design principles. This role will support the creation of engaging web pages, digital assets, and interactive experiences that align with brand standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and update web pages, landing pages, and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines
* Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to translate concepts into visually compelling digital designs
* Optimize graphics and layouts for usability, responsiveness, and performance
* Ensure all designs follow UX/UI best practices and are compatible across browsers and devices
* Support updates within CMS platforms such as WordPress and assist with basic front end edits
* Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and web standards
* Contribute to fast paced project timelines and adjust quickly to shifting priorities

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern design tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Familiarity with JavaScript, WordPress, and other CMS platforms
* Knowledge of SEO principles, responsive design, and cross browser compatibility
* Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices
* Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
* Strong problem solving abilities and active listening skills
* Ability to work under pressure, manage changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
