Description
HRIS Administrator/ Lead
Location: 100% remote until May 2025
A direct client of Robert Half is looking to permanently hire a HRIS Administrator/ Lead to join their team and assist with upcoming Oracle Fusion implementation. In this position you will be responsible for managing the current systems and processes for HR related business needs and identifying areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for driving process improvement to support long term human resources business goals and process improvement. Strong experience in Oracle and managing large mergers & acquisitions is required for this position. Management and or lead experience is required.
