Job Details

Requirements:
  • 5 or more years of experience in business or technical writing.
  • Proficiency in procurement processes and documentation.
  • Experience with drafting and reviewing vendor contracts and service agreements.
  • Experience with developing contractual language based on business needs.
  • Experience with federal, state, and/or local procurement laws and regulations.
  • Experience with maintaining an internal documentation library.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review documentation related to procurement activities (POs, agreements, contracts).
  • Create contract documentation, defining scope of services and performance requirements.
  • Develop language defining delivery, service, quality, and pricing for procured items.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel and stakeholders to ensure protocol adherence.
  • Maintain an internal documentation library and coordinate special documentation services.
  • Ensure contractual language is clear, consistent, and compliant with requirements.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines for complex document management projects.
