Job Description/ Responsibilities

Role Overview: Seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to manage and optimize Aruba SD-WAN environment. The ideal candidate to have deep expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining Aruba SD-WAN solutions using Aruba Central. This role will also involve driving automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability of the network.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the management, configuration, and optimization of the Aruba SD-WAN infrastructure.
Operate and administer Aruba Central for monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Design and implement SD-WAN policies, routing strategies, and security configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network stability, scalability, and business continuity.
Develop and implement automation workflows/scripts to streamline network operations and reduce manual efforts.
Provide advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis for SD-WAN related issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices for SD-WAN operations.

Qualifications & Skills:
7+ years of experience in enterprise networking with at least 3+ years in Aruba SD-WAN.
Proven hands-on expertise with Aruba Central for SD-WAN deployment and management.
Strong understanding of WAN optimization, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.), and network security principles.
Experience in network automation (Python, Ansible, REST APIs, or similar tools).
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex SD-WAN environments.
Aruba certifications (e.g., Aruba Certified SD-WAN Expert, Aruba Certified Network Security Expert) preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
