About the Role:
We are seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to play a critical role in streamlining our Salesforce development and release processes, supporting robust CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the integrity, security, and performance of our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable DevOps solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of version control strategies using GitLab for Salesforce application code and metadata configurations
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for streamlined Salesforce deployments
- Configure and maintain Salesforce sandboxes for multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)
- Utilize DevOps tools such as Gearset, OwnBackup, Git, Jenkins, GitLab, etc., to manage deployments and version control
- Maintain high standards of data security and integrity, including configuration of roles, profiles, and permission sets
- Collaborate with Admins, Business Analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce
- Write and manage Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and other backend logic
- Customize and manage Salesforce objects, fields, record types, relationships, and page layouts
- Stay informed on Salesforce platform updates and releases to ensure adoption of best practices and new features.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce DevOps Engineer or Salesforce Developer role
- Bachelor s degree or higher
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or GoLang
- Experience setting up and managing Salesforce sandboxes across environments
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools such as Copado, Jenkins, GitLab Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Gearset, OwnBackup, SFDC CLI
- Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Aura Components
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Object Model (S-Objects) and querying using SOQL/SOSL
- Familiar with Salesforce security and compliance best practices, Salesforce Metadata API, Change Sets, and Salesforce DX (SFDX)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
