Job Title: Tableau Dashboard Developer
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Tableau Dashboard Developer to join our team for a 5-6 month project duration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building insightful dashboards using Tableau, along with experience in data analysis, SQL queries, and ETL processes. The primary responsibility will be to gather requirements, analyze data sources, and implement custom dashboards to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for new dashboards.
- Analyze data and extract relevant information to inform dashboard design.
- Develop and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources including SAP HANA, SQL databases, Excel, flat files, etc.
- Build custom ETLs as necessary to prepare data for dashboard visualization.
- Design and develop Tableau dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within dashboards by validating against source systems.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing dashboards as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
- Strong experience in analyzing data and extracting relevant insights.
- Expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP HANA and experience working with data from SAP systems.
- Experience with data integration from various sources such as Excel, flat files, and SQL databases.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of Snowflake data platform.
- Familiarity with Snowflow is a plus, but not required
