Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Instructor/Trainer to support the day-to-day operations of our Learning Management System (LMS) in Allston, Massachusetts. In this contract role, you will work closely with the training team to provide technical and administrative assistance, ensuring seamless coordination of training programs and related activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of training initiatives while leveraging your technical expertise and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth functionality.
Provide technical support and administrative assistance to the training department, including database management and report generation.
Coordinate and facilitate video conferencing sessions using platforms such as Cisco Webex Meetings.
Audit and manage SharePoint content to maintain accuracy and relevance.
Deliver LMS training sessions to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Assist with department billing and accounting functions to ensure accurate records.
Support divisional training efforts by organizing and managing logistics.
Participate actively in team projects to enhance training department efficiency.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Create and manage digital documents using tools like Adobe Acrobat.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in learning management systems administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Cisco Webex Meetings.
Strong organizational and database management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and other computer programs relevant to training operations.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service experience to address and resolve user concerns effectively.
Knowledge of accounting processes and billing systems is a plus.
