Job Details
Job Title: Sr. SAP ECC and S/4HANA Program Manager
Location: Washington, DC
Duration: 6-9 Months
Work Mode: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the SAP S4 HANA implementation from planning to execution.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and strategies.
- Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management.
- Manage project schedules using MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and MS Project.
- Create and maintain SharePoint project sites.
- Ensure high-quality project schedules, baselines, and variance reporting.
- Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Publish weekly status reports on project activities, issues, and accomplishments.
- Ensure all operational readiness review activities are completed on time.
- Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOW) for RFPs and ongoing vendor support.
