ECS is seeking a Sr. Cyber Product Owner to work in our Fairfax, VA office.
ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our successful and growing team supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC) . The JCDC is CISA's flagship initiative for uniting government, industry, and international partners to proactively defend against cyber threats . Our ECS team is at the center of providing support to JCDC as they continue to plan, share, and respond to cyber threats in real time to support the greater cyber community and we are looking to grow our team supporting this critical mission.
We are seek ing highly experienced cyber professionals that understand how to implement cybersecurity solutions at the strategic level to protect CISA partner networks . As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment of strategic products across diverse stakeholder groups in the public and private sectors . You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective strategies, engage with stakeholders, and monitor performance.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary interface with CISA partners both within the federal government as well as the public and private sectors to share cyber related information and capabilities to assist with the protection of their networks and inf rastructure.
- Engage directly with leaders across CISA's partners to share and collaborate on cyber capabilities, solutions and findings.
- Work with CISA partner s to gain and illicit feedback which will help guide JCDC capabilities and the monitoring of product adoption and usage across partner communities, identifying early indicators of success and potential barriers to implementation.
- Act as the forward facing JCDC solutionist to foster effective collaboration and communication with external partners.
- Engage with a team of specialists, including a Cyber Product Owner, Cyber Engagement Coordinator, and a Performance Monitoring team.
- Assist in translation of strategic products into clear, practical formats that are tailored to the specific needs and operational constraints of different stakeholder groups, including large and small jurisdictions and critical infrastructure (CI) partners.
- Perform targeted outreach campaigns to effectively deliver cyber products to priority communities. This involves leveraging a variety of partner-specific communication channels like industry communities, ISAC portals, mailing lists, and webinars.
- Facilitate collaborative working sessions with external stakeholders to ensure that product recommendations align with their existing operational processes, compliance requirements, and resource limitations.
- Manage the stakeholders to address implementation challenges and encourage rapid adoption of cyber solutions .
Required Skills
- ship with an ability to obtain and maintain , at a minimum, DHS Suitability (EOD) Public Trust.
- Proven experience in reviewing and providing guidance on technical cybersecurity solutions.
- Eight years of e xperience in cybersecurity, specifically in translating high-level strategy into tangible, actionable products.
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and relationship management, with a track record of successfully collaborating with diverse
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical
- Experience with data analysis and performance monitoring to track program effectiveness.
Desired Skills
- DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) clearance.
- Familiarity with the operations and mission of CISA, JCDC, or other federal cybersecurity organizations.
- Experience in a consulting or advisory role, providing guidance and recommendations to external organizations.
- Knowledge of different communication channels and outreach strategies, including social media, webinars, and partner portals.
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling to present performance metrics and key insights.
