Requirements
At least 3 years of progressive experience in IT support, including hardware, software, and user assistance.
Proficiency in managing Windows 10 and Windows 11
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, including desktop imaging and system management.
Familiarity with M365 and its integration within enterprise environments.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Experience providing user training on tools and security best practices.
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage ticketing systems and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Replace outdated Windows 10 computers with Windows 11 systems, including imaging, application setup, and configuration.
- Provide day-to-day support for hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and conference room equipment.
- Address general IT service requests and ensure compliance with security patches and certificates.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 and assist with the organization's transition to Windows 11
- Manage computers and user accounts using tools like Active Directory (AD) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Perform hardware/software upgrades, installations, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure efficient IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
