We're looking for a high-energy Manager of IT Systems and Endpoint Management to take the lead in managing and evolving our client s IT infrastructure across multiple locations, with over 300+ virtual servers and a growing fleet of endpoint devices. In this critical leadership role, you won t just keep the lights on , you ll shape the vision, drive strategic improvements, and ensure flawless execution of our systems and endpoint environment. This role is for someone who thrives in an on-site, collaborative setting where technology and accountability go hand-in-hand.

What You ll Do:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team responsible for systems and endpoint management.
- Champion a culture of accountability, structure, and process discipline think mission-ready operations.
- Set the vision for where the department is heading, with strong grasp on both tactical execution and long-term risk mitigation.
- Oversee 300+ virtual servers across multiple locations ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Manage full lifecycle of endpoint devices (laptops, mobile, desktop, etc.) using platforms like Microsoft Intune.
- Get hands-on with architecture, design & infrastructure decisions this isn t a paper-pusher management role.
- Lead patching, updates, and configuration management to keep our systems healthy and compliant.
- Ensure robust monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place and followed.
- Work side-by-side with InfoSec to lock down vulnerabilities and maintain strong compliance posture.
- Bring a strategic mindset to improving how we manage assets, support users, and deploy tools.
- Champion automation, process improvements, and technology upgrades that scale.
- Evaluate and deploy next-gen endpoint management solutions that enhance user experience and security.
What You ll Bring:
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 2 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Deep technical expertise in endpoint & systems management Windows, macOS, mobile OS, and Microsoft 365.
- Proven hands-on experience with enterprise platforms like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or similar tools.
- Experience managing hybrid cloud environments (Azure) and on-prem infrastructure.
- Skilled in patching, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS, etc.).
- Strong process orientation comfortable building structure and ensuring it's followed.
Preferred But Not Required:
- Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, MCSA/MCSE, ITIL, or CISSP.
- Familiarity with automation (PowerShell, scripting, or configuration tools like Ansible/Chef).
